From problem to system · illustrative walkthrough
Follow a solution walkthrough.
“We receive orders over WhatsApp, email and spreadsheets. Administration re-enters them, confirms payments by hand and notifies the warehouse. When orders grow, everything lags.”
Explore each stage
Stage 1 of 5 · Intake
An order arrives
The order comes in through an agreed form or channel, with the data operations needs: customer, products, quantities and payment method.
Possible tools: Web form · email · sales channel
Before · what slows things down
Orders re-entered by hand, payments confirmed over chat, and nobody sure what is pending.
After · what changes
Each order is entered once and has a visible status. Administration works on exceptions, not on every order.
Illustrative walkthrough with fictional companies. No real connections or data submission. Tools and scope are defined with each business; impact is measured on the real process.
How engagement works
Understand first. Then build.
Each stage has its own outcome. You can stop after any of them.

See how we workFrequently asked questions
Worth knowing before we talk.
Do we have to change the tools we already use?
Not necessarily. First we look at what you use and what can be connected. We only recommend a change if the current tool blocks the fix, and we explain why before quoting.
Does the initial conversation cost anything?
No. It helps us understand the need and confirm fit. If the process is complex, we propose a paid assessment; if it is clear, we move to a proposal.
Can we hire just a website?
Yes. A business website, landing page, catalog or store can stand alone. Payment or order integrations are added only if you need them.
How do you charge?
We separate implementation, monthly operation (if any), third-party licenses and usage, and new features. Each proposal details what is included. We do not publish fixed prices because they depend on scope.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
Every delivery includes error logging, alerts and a manual fallback. If you hire monthly operation, support has a defined channel, hours and scope in writing.
Do you use artificial intelligence?
When it helps. For example, to classify inquiries or draft an initial reply from approved information. AI can be wrong: that is why we test it with real cases and always keep handoff to a person.
What information do you need to start?
For the first conversation, just a description of the process. Do not send confidential documents or customer data through the form. If we move forward, we agree on how information is shared and protected.

What task keeps repeating? Where do inquiries or orders come in? What tools do you use? That is enough to start.
