How we handle your data.

SATREN is responsible for the data this site receives. For any question about your data, write to consultas@satren.com.ar.

Only what you write in the contact form: name, company, email and the description of what you need to solve. Optionally, the area of interest, the tools you use, approximate volume and desired timeline. If you write by email, we receive whatever you include in the message.

To answer your inquiry and, where applicable, arrange a conversation or prepare a proposal. We do not use it to send unrequested marketing or sell it.

The form is processed on the site server and forwarded by email through a mail delivery provider. The site is hosted by an infrastructure provider that may log technical access data (such as the IP address) for operation and security. We do not share your data with other third parties.

This site uses no tracking cookies or analytics or advertising tools. If any is ever added, we will update this page first.

As long as needed to handle your inquiry and, if we move forward, the business relationship. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You can request access, correction, update or deletion of your data by writing to consultas@satren.com.ar. In Argentina, Personal Data Protection Law 25.326 governs these rights, and the Agency for Access to Public Information is the oversight body.
